Mr. Lemuel Herbert is one of the finest gentlemen and professional I have come across in my life. I had the privilege of working with him from 2001 to 2008 at The Park Bangalore as Executive Chef & Director of Food & Beverage when he was the General Manager.

He is a great leader and was able to achieve his goals by keeping the team motivated and inspired through his unwavering focus, imparting knowledge, calm and open-minded approach, appreciation of various points of view and objective decision-making process.
